All our Inventory Reports are professionally compiled in accordance with the recognised industry standards. We include detailed narrative descriptions with colour photographs which are embedded in all our Reports.
We visit the rental property and undertake a full Inventory inspection itemising the fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition of the property at that time including any furniture (and the presence of fire safety labels), if applicable. Our Reports include details of doors, walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, skirting boards, paintwork, radiators, windows, sockets and furnishings as well as the cleanliness of the property. We record the condition of white goods along with the make and model numbers. We take meter readings where possible to do so, and record meter serial numbers and locations.
